Planning & Design Support

  • Up to 6 months of design and planning support to build a cohesive and meaningful wedding aesthetic.
  • Monthly Progress Reports that keep your planning clear, organized, and intentional.
  • Access to a Personalized Planning Portal for seamless communication and organization.
  • Weekday Evening Communication (M-F, 6-9 p.m.), so your questions never wait long & I can give you my full attention.
  • Curated Vendor Recommendations guiding you toward trusted professionals aligning with your vision, as you remain the primary point of contact.
  • Design Direction & Planning Guidance:
    • Theme selection and design direction
    • Color story development
    • Textures, patterns, and spatial flow
    • Table layouts and seating arrangements
    • Floral design
    • Tablescapes and décor styling
    • Event branding & assistance with coordinating invitations and signage
  • Design Proposal Meeting & an Initial Venue Walkthrough – ensuring every design choice fits your specific space.
  • Custom Design Dossier & Inspiration Board – so you can visualize your celebration before the big day.
  • Final Venue Walkthrough – to review layout flow, décor placement, and design-related logistics.
    (Does not include vendor management or timeline coordination).
  • Up to 6 hours of on-site décor coordination focused on professional styling, placement, and visual execution of design elements.

  • On-site styling includes setup only. Décor tear-down is not included in this package.
  • This package is best suited for single-location weddings.
  • Additional on-site hours beyond the included 6 hours may be added at the standard hourly rate.

All add-ons are subject to availability and may incur additional staffing or travel fees, depending on your location and needs.

Helping you identify the florists, venues, rental companies, caterers, and creative partners who truly align with your style, values, and budget, so every decision feels confident and purposeful.

Vendor communication and contract negotiations are not included.

Your design advocate at the table, ensuring your vision, story, and priorities are communicated clearly during key vendor meetings (floral, rentals, lighting, venue layout, etc.).

• Vendor meeting attendance includes final design-related meetings. Additional meetings may be added at the standard hourly rate.
