Important service notes

To honor both your time and mine (and to keep this service focused and intentional), this offering includes one scheduled check-in per month, along with weekday email support for quick questions or clarifications. I reserve weekend communication for active wedding events and on-site services.

The Storied Bridal Bestie is advisory in nature and does not include:

  • Vendor communication or contract management
  • Design execution or installation
  • Timeline creation or logistical coordination
  • Rehearsal or wedding-day attendance

As a founding Storied Bridal Bestie, you’re locking in introductory pricing before rates increase. Your rate is locked in at the time you book and holds steady for the length of your engagement. Helpful tip: Booking before the 3-month mark not only secures more time together, but it’s typically the more affordable option, too.

Up to 3 Months of Support

One-Time Fee of $750

Booking within 3 months of your wedding means concentrated, hands-on support during your most time-sensitive planning window, reflected in a single upfront investment.

Booking Fee of $350, then $175/mo.

A $350 deposit (the cost of 2 months of support) secures your booking. Billing will then continue monthly at $175 for the duration of your engagement.

Cancellation policy:

All Storied Bridal Bestie Coaching payments are non-refundable, as they reflect dedicated time, planning, and calendar space set aside specifically for you each month. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as a canceled or postponed wedding. If you find yourself in this situation, please reach out directly so we can discuss your specific circumstances with care.

Extra Chapters lets you customize your journey with Storied Wedding Design Co. by choosing additions that provide the clarity, ease, and intention you need. Whether you want deeper involvement in vendor decisions or an extra set of hands on the wedding weekend, these enhancements help your celebration unfold with beauty and meaning.

All add-ons are subject to availability and may incur additional staffing or travel fees, depending on your location and needs.

Helping you identify the florists, venues, rental companies, caterers, and creative partners who truly align with your style, values, and budget, so every decision feels confident and purposeful.

NOT included —Vendor communication and contract negotiations.

I’ll be your design advocate at the table. I will ensure your vision, story, and priorities are communicated clearly during key vendor meetings (floral, rentals, lighting, venue layout, etc.).

• Vendor meeting attendance includes final design-related meetings. Additional meetings can be added at the standard hourly rate.

Thoughtful support in designing your seating plan to honor relationships, create meaningful guest flow, and contribute to an atmosphere that feels warm, intentional, and personal.

Gentle, knowledgeable guidance for invitations, wording, hosting roles, and cultural or faith considerations, helping you approach each moment with sensitivity and confidence.

Not only can they be one of the most costly items in your budget, but keeping your bridal party florals looking their best all day, and especially beyond, is a real challenge.
