The Storied Wedding Design Experience is intentionally design-forward and guidance-led. It offers thoughtful structure, creative direction, and limited on-site styling, while keeping you actively involved in shaping your celebration.

Planning & Design Support

  • 3+ months of design and planning support to build a cohesive and meaningful wedding aesthetic.
  • Monthly progress reports that keep your planning clear, organized, and intentional.
  • Access to a personalized planning portal for seamless communication and organization.
  • Unlimited weekday communication (M-F, 6-9 p.m.) ensuring your questions are answered and you feel supported throughout the process.
  • Curated vendor recommendations guiding you toward trusted professionals who align with your vision, while you remain the primary point of contact.
  • Design Direction & Planning Guidance – covering the following:
    – Theme selection and design direction
    – Color story development
    – Textures, patterns, and spatial flow
    – Table layouts and seating arrangements
    – Floral design
    – Tablescapes and décor styling
    – Event branding & assistance with coordinating invitations, signage, and favors
  • Design proposal meeting and venue walkthrough – ensuring every design choice fits your specific space.
  • Custom design dossier & inspiration board – so you can visualize your celebration before the big day.
  • On-site venue planning meeting – to review layout flow, décor placement, and design-related logistics.
    (Does not include vendor management or timeline coordination).
  • Up to 6 hours of on-site décor coordination focused on professional styling, placement, and visual execution of design elements.

This experience is design-forward and intentionally limited in logistical execution to preserve clarity and quality of service. Please note:

  • Vendor communication and management are not included, but may be added at any time through our Extra Chapters Add-On Menu.
  • On-site styling includes setup only. Décor tear-down is not included in this package and can be added as an Extra Chapter.
  • This package is best suited for single-location weddings.
  • Additional on-site hours beyond the included 6 hours may be added at the standard hourly rate.

Extra Chapters allows you to customize your journey with Storied Wedding Design Co., choosing the additions that give you the clarity, ease, and intention you need. Whether you want deeper involvement in vendor decisions, or an extra set of hands on the wedding weekend, these enhancements help your celebration unfold with beauty and meaning.

All add-ons are based on availability and may require additional staffing or travel fees depending on your location and needs.

Helping you identify the florists, venues, rental companies, caterers, and creative partners who truly align with your style, values, and budget, so every decision feels confident and purposeful.

Your design advocate at the table, ensuring your vision, story, and priorities are communicated clearly during key vendor meetings (floral, rentals, lighting, venue layout, etc.).

• Vendor meeting attendance includes final design-related meetings. Additional meetings may be added at the standard hourly rate.

Thoughtful support in designing your seating plan to honor relationships, create meaningful guest flow, and contribute to an atmosphere that feels warm, intentional, and personal.

Gentle, knowledgeable guidance for invitations, wording, hosting roles, and cultural or faith considerations, helping you approach each moment with sensitivity and confidence.

A quiet hero of your celebration, allowing you and your loved ones to leave the night in full joy rather than cleanup mode.

• Post-wedding clean-up includes one team member for up to two hours and applies only to décor placed by Storied Wedding Design Co.

• This service does not include venue labor, furniture resets, room flips, or teardown of items placed by other vendors or guests.
