We’ll begin with a design consultation to uncover the moments, memories, and meaning that define your love story; the heart behind the visuals.
Access to an online planning portal – to receive weekly progress reports that will provide clarity and peace of mind as the countdown begins.
Custom Design Dossier
A detailed, personalized design guide including your color story, tablescape concept, spatial layout, and curated design elements (florals, paper goods, rentals, lighting, textiles, and more).
Vendor Alignment Recommendations (Ohio Valley residents only)
Personalized recommendations for floral, rental, or décor vendors who fit your design style and budget — ensuring your vision is understood and beautifully executed.
Digital Design Collaboration (Remote-Ready)
Receive your full design dossier digitally for easy sharing with your planner, coordinator, or creative team. Perfect for local or destination weddings.
Optional Add-On: Extended Chapter – Implementation Support

Couples who hail from the upper Ohio Valley (Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio), and want to honor the traditional cookie table at their wedding reception.

Set up and decoration of the ever-popular cookie tables for your cocktail hour or reception. Client supplies the cookies and trays, and we’ll take care of the rest.

This package does NOT include:
Cookie or confection selection
Baking or acquisition of cookies
Trays or pedestals to display the cookies

Couples who invested in The Storied Wedding Experience who want a keepsake heirloom or memento of what inspired their wedding design.

A luxurious flat-lay linen book that summarizes your love story & beautifully highlights the inspiration behind your wedding design with stunning photographs. Handcrafted and bound in the USA. Perfect for you to keep as an heirloom and memento.

This package does NOT include:
More than one copy to share with friends or relatives (Additional copies $100 each)
Original sketches, elements, or mood boards used in the design process

Extra Chapters

Every love story is unique, and sometimes, a little more support brings the vision to life just as your imagined it. The Extra Chapters are designed to expand your experience with added guidance, organization, or creative collaboration wherever you need it most.

Each Extra Chapter can be added to your chosen experience to create a wedding story that fits your needs and your peace of mind.

To help you find professionals who fit your style and budget.

Attendance at meetings with contracted vendors (i.e. florists, venue, rentals, lighting, etc.) for clear communication and seamless collaboration.

Assistance with crafting your final seating chart for intentional flow and guest experience.

One-hour rehearsal attendance for final coordination and confidence before the big day.

Clean up and tear-down of decor post-wedding, so you can end your evening in celebration, not stress.

This does NOT include:
Resetting the room or venue space(s)

Each experience is thoughtfully designed to balance beauty, meaning, and manageability. Extended on-site hours will accrue an additional agreed-upon hourly fee. Please note: Vendor booking, payment management, and contract negotiations are not included in any of our services.
