Most couples reach out 8–12 months before their wedding, but I also love working with those planning shorter engagements or intimate celebrations. The earlier we begin, the more intentional we can be with design, vendors, and storytelling — but ideally three months in advance of your wedding will allow us to create something beautiful together.
Each package is rooted in story-driven design and intentional planning, but the level of support depends on where you are in your journey.
The Short Story Experience is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings, or those who only desire design services.
The Storied Wedding Experience blends design with hands-on coordination.

Of course. Many couples come to me after booking their venue or a few vendors, and once they realize they want guidance bringing everything together. Whether you need design support, timeline structure, or help managing logistics, I’ll meet you right where you are.
You’re welcome to choose your own vendors! I love collaborating with talented professionals throughout the Ohio Valley and beyond, therefore, I’ll provide curated recommendations based on your style and budget, and for full or partial planning packages. However, the decision is ultimately yours to make.
Yes! While most of my weddings take place in the Wheeling, WV and St. Clairsville, OH area, I’m happy to travel within the Upper Ohio Valley area for celebrations that align with my story-driven approach.
